Why Participate?

With an abundance of organic fruits and vegetables, free-range meats and fresh seafood, Guyanese cuisine is a unique Creole-Indian-Caribbean fusion that's enjoyed by locals and travellers alike.  This is fueling Georgetown's growing culinary scene, as more people fall in love with Guyanese cuisine.

We're pleased to support Guyana Restaurant Week as it helps to elevate the food and service quality of local restaurateurs, grow their business, and provide the public with exceptional dining experiences. The net result is raising the global profile of Guyana's culinery offerings.
